Key Responsibilities:
- Perform as a key contact point for specific clients and brands
- Develop a complete understanding of key account needs and resolving key client/brand issues and complaints
- Manage communications between key clients/brands and internal teams
- Maintains and organizes campaign-specific materials
- Assists in the development of client-facing campaign performance reports
- Plan, prepare and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
- Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and companies
Educational & Professional Requirements:
- Experience in working for an agency will be given preference.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related area is a must
- Candidates with Google Skillshop, Google Digital Garage, and Facebook Blueprint certification will be given preference
Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Passion for client service and can-do attitude
- Fantastic time management and follow up skill
- Have a knack for executing creative campaign
